The Linus ProAir is a fully extruded aluminum linear slot diffuser for commercial HVAC — specified for hospitals, hotels, office buildouts, and high-end renovations. This is the quick-ship range: eighteen stocked sizes in one, two, and three-slot configurations, all in white powder coat, all in stock. The same unit works as a supply diffuser or a return air grille.

Supply or Return
Remove the pattern controllers and the same unit becomes a return air grille, on the same alignment pin system. One product and one aesthetic across supply and return in the same ceiling — no visual break where the function changes.
100% Extruded Aluminum
No steel, no plastic, no stamping, no casting. North American-made extruded aluminum resists rust, corrosion, and moisture. At roughly 15% heavier than standard market alternatives, the difference is apparent the moment you handle it.
Louvers Screwed, Not Clipped
Every louver seats inside the body and is screwed in with brackets and flanges rather than surface-mounted or held by clips. That is what stops the rattling and loosening that shows up a few years into a high-use commercial install.
180° of Pattern Control
Aerodynamic ice tong louvers adjust in the field for one-way, opposed, vertical, horizontal, or fully dampered airflow. Each louver is set independently, so a single run can throw in more than one direction.
Continuous Runs
One-end and zero-end configurations join with alignment pins for long, uninterrupted ceiling runs in open commercial spaces — supply and return sections included.
Field Cuttable
Trim up to 3" from each end on site — 6" of total adjustment — which usually absorbs whatever the framing turns out to be once the ceiling is open.
Concealed Fasteners
Screws are fully hidden. No visible hardware in the ceiling or wall plane — the seamless architectural finish specifiers expect, in a clean white powder coat.
Which size is which slot count?
The size selector lists width first. Width determines the slot count — a 2" unit is a single slot, 3.75" is two slots, 5.625" is three. Every width comes in all six lengths.

Lengths
Six stocked lengths in every width: 12", 18", 24", 36", 48", and 72". Overall length is the ordered length plus 1-1/2" — a 48" unit measures 49-1/2" overall. The size selector shows both figures.
