A classic clover leaf pattern to complement traditional and contemporary spaces. With our laser-cut capability, we can offer you options tailored to your project: 30+ sizes, 2 materials, 3 thicknesses, 6 colors, and optional mounting holes and underside lip. The steel or aluminum Imperial grille is available in 6 colors: Oil-Rubbed Bronze, Black, Sun Gold, White, Silver and Gray.
Laser Cut Aluminum & Steel Details:
- Available in 1/8" and 3/16" thicknesses. 1/4" thickness is available by special order.
- Aluminum 1/8” is not recommended for floor installation.

Optional Underside Lip
When do you need an underside lip?
If the grille is being used for a floor installation, you may choose an Underside Lip to hold the grille in place. Without it, the grille must be recessed into the floor or mounted with holes.
Do you still need mounting holes?
In high-traffic areas, mounting holes can keep the grille securely in place and prevent tampering. While not required when using an underside lip, they may be preferred.
When is an underside lip not recommended?
An underside lip is not recommended if the opening is not evenly cut, as the lip may not fit properly.

Optional Louvers
These louver assemblies are designed to fit behind our grilles to control air flow and increase heating and cooling efficiency. Mounted independently of the grille, they are opened and closed with a flathead screwdriver, provided by the customer. In some cases, you may have to remove the grille to adjust louvers. Allow 2 5/16" clearance for louvers behind grille. Foam strips for installation are included with each louver.
