Great quality- make sure you know what you are. . .

"I ordered custom sized vents for the dining room in my century home. They were a little slow to arrive but that's to be expected in the time of Covid and the nature of custom product. I'm taking 1 star off because at present, one of the 3 vent covers I ordered will not work for the return I ordered it for. I ordered it based on the overall size of the faceplate, not the duct opening size- believing it would be as the picture appeared, just a flat cover plate. The outer size of it matches exactly as it was ordered but the vent ""lip"" on the back side of the cover doesn't match my duct opening. This could very well be an issue of me not totally understanding what I was ordering, so I don't blame the company. But for other customers, if you aren't sure I'd recommend calling for assistance instead of assuming. Overall the vents look very nice, the finish is excellent, and are very well made."
