"The vents are very pretty, but the screws are all too short for reinstallation with the included clips. Once you take them out to install clips they will NOT screw back in. They’re all stripped and too short. I wasted a lot of time on these stupid screws and finally gave up. I got my husband to rig the covers so they stayed in the wall. I wouldn’t buy again."

"The product is well made and the finish was consistent. The only complaint I have is with the small screws and plates that are included to stabilize the vent in place. Some of 5he screws would just spin and could not be replaced to fit the plate. That was a pain as a result I I have just 3 plates on one vent and 2 on the other . They need to address this issue since many people here have the same complaint in their reviews. Not a deal breaker for me but if this was used for on a wall there may not have been sufficient plates to hold the register in place."

"I ordered two (2 x 10) black matte floor registers from this company and it cost $62. 47. When I actually received them in the mail, it was a huge disappointment. The screws that came with the floor vents were too small for the holes and would turn around like they were stripped. I wanted to return them but the company didn’t offer a return label, so I had to pay $12 just to ship them back. To much of a hassle to make it work it."

"I ordered these because similar ones I bought from a big box store were unavailable in the size I needed. I was thinking these would be similar in quality, but I was mistaken. These are significantly nicer than the big box store brand. The metal is much thicker, the sides are beveled, and the vent operation is smoother. They were both similar in price and shipping was quick. I'm regretting not buying all the ones I needed from here."

"The simple black contemporary floor vents look very good but the 4 screws for attaching the brackets are impossible to get in/out of the holes. So, not yet installed. The lever to open/close the vents is a bit hard to operate on some but I will put those in locations that won’t need adjustment. Still, the look of the vents is stunning and I’m glad I have them."
