A decorative resin vent cover that turns an HVAC grille into a design detail — eight frame designs, six finishes, and six duct sizes, made by hand in the U.S.A. The resin will not rust, splinter, or grow mold, so it holds up in bathrooms, spas, and indoor pool enclosures where a steel grille would not.
Wall and ceiling only. This grille is not rated for floor use — it is not built to be walked on. For floors, choose a steel, cast aluminum, or cast iron register instead.
Built for Damp Rooms
The proprietary resin is heat, moisture, and UV resistant, and will not rust, splinter, or grow mold. That makes it a genuine option for bathrooms, spas, and indoor pool enclosures, where a stamped steel grille eventually shows its age.
Quieter Than Steel
Resin significantly reduces HVAC airflow noise compared with stamped steel louver grilles — worth specifying in a bedroom, a home office, or anywhere the system runs while people are trying to concentrate.
Paint It to Disappear
The Unfinished option is fully paintable, so the grille can be color-matched to the wall or ceiling around it for a nearly invisible installation. Note that painted grilles are made to order and cannot be returned.
Eight Frame Designs
Caspian, Cosmo, Heritage, Linear, Square, Ribbon, and Iron Ring — spanning transitional, contemporary, traditional, and eclectic interiors, so one grille family can run through a whole house.
Made by Hand in the U.S.A.
Each grille is made to order by Majestic in the United States and carries a limited lifetime warranty. Manufacturing takes two to four weeks — worth building into your schedule if the room has a finish date.
Slim 1/2" Profile
The grille is half an inch thick, so it reads as part of the wall rather than an object attached to it. Mounting holes are available at no extra cost and are recommended for a secure fit.
Flat frame or decorative frame?
This is the choice that decides how the grille meets your opening, and it is set by the design you pick — not by a separate option.
Flat frame — sits inside the duct
Caspian, Cosmo, Heritage Flat, Linear, and Square. These have a 1/4" lip on the back that drops into the duct opening and locates the grille.
Decorative frame — sits over the opening
Ribbon, Iron Ring, and Heritage Decorative. These have a flat back and cover the opening rather than entering it, which is what allows the deeper, more sculptural frame.
Sizing
Order by the duct opening — the size of the hole in your wall or ceiling, not the size of your old cover. The grille face is 1" larger on each side, so it overlaps the opening and sits flush.
| Duct opening | Approx. overall size |
|---|---|
| 4 x 8 | 6 x 10 |
| 4 x 10 | 6 x 12 |
| 4 x 12 | 6 x 14 |
| 4 x 14 | 6 x 16 |
| 6 x 6 | 8 x 8 |
| 6 x 8 | 8 x 10 |
The 6 x 8 size has limited finish availability — check the selector before you plan around it.

Two options worth setting before you order
- Mounting holes — no extra cost, and recommended for a secure fit. Choose Yes in Custom Options above unless you have a reason not to.
- Opposing blade damper — a paid add-on that lets you open, close, and balance airflow at the grille. Select Yes in Custom Options if you want one; the video below shows how it operates.
